Is your swimmer ready to join the MAKOS?

Swimmers are ready if they can do all of the following:

• Comfortably put their face in the water with or without goggles
• Swim the length of the 25-meter pool unassisted
• Jump into the water and surface unassisted
• Float Unassisted on their back for at least 10 seconds

If they are not ready, check out one of these local businesses for swim lessons before the season starts
